Hi there, I’m Marie.

I'm a Southern California native working as a copywriter in the health and beauty industries. The positions I've had over the past few years have allowed me to tap into my love for creative writing, fashion, beauty, and digital advertising. After graduation from UC Irvine, with a degree in English literature and an emphasis in creative writing, I started working in PR as a creative copywriter while managing social media campaigns. Since then I've been writing everything under the sun from product copy to packaging, eblasts, blogs and social media posts, to educational materials and more. 

When I'm not working, I'm writing short stories, singing jazz standards, or shopping for the latest skin care products. You'll find me with a book and an espresso at all times.
